Discord AI Chatbot
Add an assistant to your Discord server that answers when a member asks it to, with a slash command, not by reading the room. One click adds ProxyAI's own bot; running your own is supported when you want your branding on it.
It answers /ask, and nothing else
Typing /ask how much is shipping? gets an answer. Typing the same question as an ordinary message does not, and that is deliberate. A bot that reads every message in a server needs sweeping access to your community's conversations, and it would spend your credits on chatter nobody asked it to join. The slash command keeps the rest of the server private and leaves members in control of when it is listening.
Your bot or ours
The one-click route adds the ProxyAI bot to your server and you are done. If you would rather members saw your own name and avatar, you can run your own Discord application instead and point it at the same assistant, the answers and the knowledge behind them are identical either way.

Discord questions we get asked
- Can it read my server's message history?
- No. It only receives the text of the slash command a member sends it.
- Does every member need permission to use it?
- Discord's own command permissions apply, so you can restrict /ask to particular roles or channels.
- Does it cost credits when nobody uses it?
- No. Credits are spent per answer, so an idle server costs nothing.
