About ProxyAI
ProxyAI builds and hosts AI chatbots for business messaging channels — WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Facebook, Instagram, Discord and the web — from a single platform. A merchant connects the channels they already use, points the bot at their own knowledge (site pages, documents, product catalogue), and the same assistant answers on every one of them.
What we actually do
The product is a hosted assistant plus the plumbing around it: channel connections, a knowledge base built from the merchant's own content, human handoff when the bot should stop answering, a support-ticket desk, scheduled agents that do recurring work such as sales digests and stock warnings, and voice calls. It integrates with commerce platforms — Shopify, WooCommerce and Wix — so a shopper can ask about a real order rather than a generic FAQ.
Who writes what you read here
The guides in our Help Center and the posts on our blogare written by the team that builds the product, drawn from the integrations we have actually shipped and the problems merchants bring us. Where a page describes a third-party platform's behaviour, it reflects what we hit building against that platform, not a summary of its marketing.
How we handle your data
Conversation data is retained according to each workspace's retention setting and can be exported or deleted on request; data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The detail, including what we share with the messaging platforms you connect and how advertising cookies work on this website, is in our Privacy Policy. The commercial terms are in our Terms of Service and Service Agreement.
Talk to us
Support goes to [email protected], and the contact page lists the rest — privacy, legal and general enquiries. There is also a chat window on every page of this site, answered by the product itself.
