Which Channels Does ProxyAI Support?

Configure them all from Configurations → Channels in the dashboard sidebar, and connect as many as you like to the same bot: one bot, one set of knowledge and settings, answering everywhere.

• Web, a snippet you paste, or one click on Shopify, WordPress and Wix.
• Voice, a call button on the widget, and optionally a real phone number. Talk time is billed per minute from your credits.
• WhatsApp, Meta Cloud API, or Bridge device pairing.
• Telegram, BotFather credentials.
• LINE, a channel access token plus channel secret.
• Messenger, a Facebook Page access token and app secret.
• Instagram, direct messages on your business account.
• Discord, added to your server, answering a slash command.
