Find Your Way Around the Dashboard

  • Chatbot menu (top of the sidebar) picks which chatbot the menu is for. Add chatbot / add-on opens the builder, to buy another chatbot or add-ons for this one.
  • Dashboard shows your account, available credits and tokens used this month, Usage, Last 14 Days, and Spend by Product for this month.
  • Configurations holds the selected chatbot's settings: Bot Identity, Bot Knowledge, Abuse Guard, Channels, and Site settings.
  • Add-ons holds Hand-off, Helpdesk, and Agent Tasks. An add-on the chatbot does not own is greyed out; choosing it opens the builder.
  • Your account menu (bottom of the sidebar) has Usage Log for the selected chatbot, Order History, ProxyAI Support, Settings for email preferences and account deletion, and Log Out.

On a phone, open the sidebar with the menu button at the top left.
