Configure Bot Identity

Pick the chatbot in the sidebar's chatbot menu, then open Configurations → Bot Identity.

1. Enter a required Bot Name.
2. Choose a model under Model Selection. Use Rates to compare model pricing.
3. Write a Bot Intro for the greeting shown to new visitors.
4. Set AI response limit per session. Move the slider to the far right for unlimited responses.
5. Describe your company and the bot's purposes. This field accepts up to 1,000 characters; Help me write can draft it for you.
6. Choose Save.
