What are Credits Used For?
Credits are used to pay for AI usage within the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, chatbot responses, advanced AI capabilities, and any other pay-per-use AI services. AI usage is pay per use.
Top-Up Your Credits
You can add more credits to your account at any time to ensure uninterrupted service.
12-Month Expiry Policy
All purchased credits are subject to a 12-month expiry policy from the last top-up date. This means that any unused credits will expire 12 months after their purchase date. You will receive notifications as your credits approach their expiry date, encouraging you to use them or top-up to extend their validity. Please plan your credit usage accordingly to avoid forfeiture of unused credits.
